Executive Assistant


Masterful “Cat Herder”
We need you to keep four of our Senior Executives on track - CEO, CFO, EVP of Sales & Lending, and the SVP Wealth Management.  You will work with different personalities and different parts of the business.  A support role, the duties include but are not limited to:  calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting minutes, report preparation, recordkeeping, expense and budget management, audit preparation, presentation development, meeting preparation and event planning.

Attention to detail is a must! 
Adaptability – things can change often…and they do. You will need to go with the flow.
Critical Thinking Skills – stay two steps ahead by anticipating what’s next.
Confidentiality/Integrity – you’ll be in the know…you just can’t talk about most of it!

Professional Problem Solver
In addition to the internal leaders, you will interact monthly with our Board of Directors and as needed, external vendor partners.  You will handle agenda planning, audio/visual support, meeting support – in-person and via technology, catering, meeting minutes, liaison communication.  The goal is to have each interaction with Elements be smooth and efficient. 

Communication skills – verbal and written are critical.
Professional presence – you represent Elements with every interaction. 
“Fix it” mentality –things will go awry, and you will need to stay calm and find a resolution. 
Accountability – independent thinker and worker. 

Technology User
We are a technology-based financial services provider.  General technology acumen and curiosity are needed.  Use the tools to make yourself more efficient.  Understand our services to talk knowledgably with peers, members and others.  Knowledge of general business tools:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint is the baseline.  We’ll teach you the rest! 

Never Stop Learning
Continue to sharpen your skills through networking, attending conferences and mentoring with others to get ideas and best practices.  Stay up to date on all Elements Products and Services. 

Minimum Requirements for Position:

High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years related experience or a degree in a related field with 3 year’s experience.  Consistently show confidence while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Must possess solid technical skills and ability to keep up to date with numerous software packages.
